Brian serves as the CEO of the Behave team, driving their mission to empower optimal decisions
through Behavioral Science. Affectionately dubbed the "Croatian Yoda" by his team, he
combines childlike curiosity with selfless understanding.
With decades of experience in financial services, Brian has built and developed high-end sales
teams, coaching over 1,000 financial advisors and earning multiple 'Top Advisor Retention
Leader' and 'Top Recruiter' awards. His entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond finance; as a
Senior Mentor with Founder Institute across multiple locations, he has guided hundreds of
founders through more than 30 cohorts over the past decade. Brian's diverse background includes
serving as a flight paramedic with the US Army Reserve and for trauma centers and SWAT
teams, bringing a unique perspective to his leadership role.
Deeply committed to community service, Brian has led over 100 financial literacy workshops
and served on numerous non-profit boards. He currently acts as treasurer and development chair
for Entrepreneurs for Global Change, focusing on supporting driven youth in the Balkans.
Brian's personal motto, "Don't get caught up in how it looks, have it turn out!" encapsulates his
belief that every individual should have the opportunity to live a life not just of success, but of
significance.
Brian will delve into the evolution of financial advising through technology, highlighting the benefits of embracing advancements like AI while emphasizing essential human connections.
