Bill Charles is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Maxfin Investments Inc. and Global Insurance Solutions Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth and profitability of the MFDA Dealership and MGA Business. Bill served on the Board of Directors of the MFDA from 2011 to 2013.
Robert Frances

Mr. Frances is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the PEAK Financial Group of companies, operating in independent wealth management, insurance, and personal financial advice. His investment dealer and mutual fund dealer experience at a small to medium-sized firm provides invaluable insight to the CIRO Board. Mr. Frances dedicates much of his time to the finance community and industry in Québec. He has served on several boards and steering committees and was Board Chair of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC), as well as Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business Advisory Board. Mr. Frances is also an active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), a global network which represents over 30,000 business leaders in 132 countries. He held the position of International Chair of the Board from 2011-2012.Ernst & Young recognized Mr. Frances as Entrepreneur of the Year for Québec in the Business Services Category. Recently, his passion for music led him to invest in LANDR, a digital music company, where he now serves as Board Chair.
